Personal training, about me

I’m 27 years old, born & raised in Massachusetts, with Albanian roots. When I'm not traveling, you can find me coaching at F45 or watching reruns of my favorite shows.

I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Public Health & concentration in Psychology. Post college, I felt lost (& still do sometimes). It wasn't until I started struggling with my mental health that I began to take wellness seriously & developed a consistent routine that best served my individual needs. Eventually, going to the gym became second nature & I found that strength training gave me the sense of power, comfort, & happiness that I was looking for. 

Along with being consistent at the gym, I began to read more, listen to self development podcasts, & do things that released the creativity inside me. My mental, physical, & emotional health improved drastically & continues to do so. The inner work is never done, it is continuously needed to enrich your life in every passing phase. Because of my own personal experience, it felt like a fire was ignited in me to help guide others in reaching their ultimate wellness goals, leading me to become a NASM certified personal trainer.

Mywellnessthetic is a safe & accepting space for all! It’s meant to inspire others to level up their lives by incorporating mindful practices, movement, & creating SMART goals! I'm here to be your hype gal that will educate, hold you accountable, & push you to succeed.
